What can delay a Final Offer Letter?
Delays can arise from outstanding buyer documentation, valuation issues, lender underwriting or compliance requirements, changes to the mortgage application, property documentation or additional information requested by the bank.
Where a purchase is dependent on mortgage finance, these timings should be monitored alongside the contractual dates rather than treated as a separate process.
