No. A real estate agent and conveyancer perform different roles within a property transaction.

The agent typically manages the property marketing, negotiation and agreement of the commercial deal. CLC takes the agreed transaction and manages the conveyancing process through to transfer.

We work alongside agents rather than replacing them.
