Can I gift my Dubai property to a company?

Property may be transferred by gift to a company where the transaction meets the applicable Dubai Land Department requirements.

The eligibility, ownership structure and documentation need to be established before proceeding, particularly where the company is owned by the person making the gift or by qualifying family members.
